The Office of International Affairs partnered with the B-International Consortium to conduct a hybrid training on Internationalisation Strategies for LUMS staff. This initial session, part of a series of four, covered various aspects of internationalization strategy development, implementation, communication, and evaluation. The training, held at multiple locations in Pakistan and virtually attended by international partners, engaged staff from diverse departments and schools. The collaborative approach aims to enhance staff capacity as part of the B-International Project, ultimately fostering an international campus for students, faculty, researchers, and academic staff worldwide.
