The OIA’s second B-International event was an introductory session on the fully funded MEXT Scholarship Program of the Japanese Government. MEXT scholarship holder and LUMS alumnus Sardar Ahmed Shah introduced the goal of the scholarship, its requirements for applicants from Pakistan, its funding options, the application process and timeline to interested students and answered open questions during a Q&A session. Moreover, the speaker compared his experience of studying in Pakistan, the USA and Japan. The event was supported by the Embassy of Japan in Islamabad.
