B-International Project Culmination Events

The Office of International Affairs was a part of the Erasmus+ capacity building project called B-International (Building Internationalisation). As the project approaches its conclusion in January 2024, the OIA organized a culmination event on 28th November, 2023, at LUMS, marking the end of a transformative 4-year Erasmus+ journey. The event aimed to showcase project work packages, highlight accomplishments, and launch the B-International Toolkit.

Our esteemed project partners from Pakistan, including PIFD, NUST and COMSATS also hosted dissemination events. On November 27th, the B-International dissemination event was held at PIFD wherein Vice Chancellors and Rectors from various universities were in attendance for the launch of the B-International Toolkit. This toolkit, a comprehensive compilation of all project work packages, is designed to assist HEIs in Pakistan in implementing internationalisation initiatives within their respective universities. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairperson of PHEC, was the distinguished chief guest. The event was replicated at COMSATS University on November 30th, with Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, Chairperson of HEC, officially launching the toolkit and emphasizing its crucial role in advancing Higher Education across Pakistan.

This project has provided the OIA with a valuable platform for learning and an opportunity to collaborate with exceptional and dedicated partners across Europe and Pakistan.
