North South University
Established in 1992, North South University is Bangladesh's first private university and one of the country's leading institutions of higher education. NSU is modeled on US universities and follows their academic semester system. It includes four schools, the School of Business and Economics, School of Engineering and Physical Sciences, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and School of Health and Life Sciences, offering 23 undergraduate and 16 graduate programmes to over 20,000 undergraduate and graduate students.
