British Council Information Session

The Office of International Affairs hosted an insightful information session in collaboration with the British Council on 7th November, 2025. The session had a great turnover and provided the students and staff with in depth information about the study opportunities provided by the British Council.

The representative from the British Council, Mr. Jawad Khan, guided attendees through the array of scholarships, application processes, eligibility criteria, and important deadlines. Some of the opportunities discussed during his session included, the Chevening Scholarship, GREAT Scholarships, and the Charles Wallace Visiting Fellowship Programme.

Students and staff also had the opportunity to participate in an engaging Q&A session that clarified any doubts regarding these opportunities and helped shape their individual academic goals. This session proved to be a valuable step in creating exciting pathways for LUMS students and staff interested in studying in the UK.
