French Delegation Visits LUMS

The OIA recently hosted a distinguished French delegation, including Mr. Stéphane Roy, Mr. François from IMT-Atlantique, Mr. Laurent Thevenet from the University Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) and Ms. Sabine Vermillard,  This visit marked a significant step in strengthening academic ties between LUMS and French institutions.

The delegation met with OIA to discuss potential avenues for collaboration, including exchange programs, joint research initiatives, and opportunities for academic partnerships. This interaction was a promising start toward building bridges that cultivate innovation, research excellence, and cultural exchange between Pakistan and France. 
During the meeting, the visions for advancing global learning experiences were shared. The French representatives expressed keen interest in collaborating on areas of mutual interest, particularly in engineering, social sciences, and business studies. LUMS also highlighted its commitment to fostering international collaborations that provide students and faculty with enriched academic experiences.

The visit concluded with optimism for future projects that will contribute to academic growth and cultural understanding between the two countries.
