French Delegation visits LUMS

LUMS

The Office of International Affairs recently had the honor of hosting a delegation from esteemed French universities, marking a promising step towards international collaboration in education. Claire Delhomme from Nantes University, Léa Albrieux from Sciences Po, and Emeric Abrignani from Kedge University graced the LUMS campus with their presence.

The purpose of their visit was to explore avenues of collaboration with LUMS, particularly with the faculty from the Mushtaq Ahmad Gurmani School of Humanities and Social Sciences (MGSHSS), the Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB), and the Syed Babar Ali School of Science and Engineering (SBASSE). The potential for joint research projects, student, staff, and faculty exchanges, and other educational initiatives were some of the topics of discussion.

This visit signifies OIA’s commitment to fostering global partnerships that enhance the academic experience of its students. By engaging with these distinguished French universities, students at LUMS will have the opportunity to broaden their horizons and benefit from a more diverse and enriching learning environment.
As international cooperation becomes increasingly important in the field of education, this visit paves the way for exciting opportunities that can only strengthen LUMS' position as a leading educational institution. The OIA eagerly anticipates the fruits of this collaboration and the positive impact it will have on the LUMS community.
